Yay! This is what I got from the Godfather for playing Mafia Wars. I'm so fortunate to have this item, because it's so rare for the Godfather to give such limited and rare items. Just keep on playing Mafia Wars to earn some goodies from the Godfather. By the way, just don't mind my life, I was just been put into hitlist again, after robbing weaker level mafias, hahaha... Look at how many Mafias I have, 430, as of this post....
